Shipping Information

The Western Edge's goal is to fulfill customer's orders within 24 hours on weekdays. However, shipping could be up to 7-14 days. Please note that the estimated time for shipping given is the time in transit only. The Western Edge is a family owned and operated business that has two brick and mortar stores in Iowa and one in Oklahoma. We are also on the road at Events and Trade Shows across the nation approximately 175 days out of the year.  Our inventory is more than 87,000 units and is divided among the four locations. We do ship from the stores while on the road. 

However, there is a possibility of an out of stock status even though our website says an item is in stock. This happens if for some reason our inventory is off, if there are multiple people ordering the same item and the original order has not been fulfilled yet, and if we don't normally carry all sizes of an item but it can be easily dropped shipped from the manufacturer.  We normally don't have a problem with back ordered items, however, during peak holiday shopping both the Western Edge and our manufactures may run out of some product. We will let you know if there is a problem with your order within the next business day. 

Please note, if shipping charges seem abnormal, please give us a call at 515-332-2834 or email us at orders@shopwesternedge.com Shipping is automatically calculated by zone from the carriers, either UPS or USPS... we always want to ship to you at the lowest possible cost, therefore if something seems high, we will check into it and make sure you get the best rate possible.
