    Online Return Policy

    How do I return an item?

    Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase for exchange or store credit.

    All returned Items must accompany original receipt, have all tags attached, and be in new condition. Please fill out the Return Form located on your packing slip. It can also be Downloaded below.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. Purchases made November 1st through December 30th have an extended return period of 60 days from the date purchased. All other terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy apply.

    Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty you must contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt of item. Once you have contacted us, we will be happy to assist you with the return/repair/replacement process. 

    Authentic Native American Jewelry: Authentic Jewelry Items may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days after purchase. All returned Items must accompany original receipt, have all tags attached, and be in new condition. Please fill out the Return Form located on your packing slip. It can also be Downloaded below.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. If you receive a piece of jewelry that is faulty you must contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt of item. Once you have contacted us, we will be happy to assist you with the return/repair/replacement process. After 3 days there will be NO Returns on ANY Authentic Native American Jewelry Item, due to the fragile nature of the stones, we can not be liable for any damages occurred once you have worn them. If you loose a stone at anytime you may contact us and we will be happy to assist you in getting that stone replaced at the cost of the jeweler repair fee's.

    • Western Edge, Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or marked delivered shipped items.
    • We are not responsible for delays from USPS, UPS or Speedee shipments.
    • Exchange’s: The customer is responsible for return shipping and any exchange shipment charges.
    • All sales on sale merchandise are final.
    • Custom/Special order items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
